Women and Occupation

Women No Less Formidable Than Men

The career women often hassles when going to the office in the morning. Either oversleep due to overtime or get traffic jam all the way to the office. Therefore, sometimes they're do some sloppy things like make-up when red light and eat while they're driving.

My older sister ever told me about her experience when she waking up late. "That day I have to do presentation, but I oversleep because I was overtime and forgot to set my alarm. So I showered with a rush and i went to office with haven't eaten anything. Fortunately i wasn't get some trouble when on the way to the office. But in the midst of doing presentation, my tummy suddenly was rumbling. And the people there laughing at me. How embarrassed!! >< "

After the incident, she is never skip her breakfast and always set the alarm. "I hope the incident never happen to me again." she said. She also said that in her office all employees are treated equally. There's no different treatment between male and female employees. It is confirmed that the woman was not to be underestimated, as evidenced by the research about some facts of excess women than men, as follows:

1. IQ
Based on research in Australia, Britain, the United States and some other countries, the average IQ of women is higher than men. It is because women are more rapid in accepting new things. So that they have wider knowledge. If you do not believe, do IQ tests all office employees and make an average IQ of male and female employees.

2. Women are more neatly than men
A study at University of San Diego on thousands of office, was found 10 to 20 percent bacteria inhabited on the workbench of men than the women. The psychological explained that men worker doesn't look too neat and really love the cleanliness like housewife.

3. Women always careful in doing something
Based on the psychological data collected in Europe, 77 percent of men more often do things in a hurry. Unlike the women who think carefully before taking action. And sometimes it's causes the men has messy work than women.

So the conclusion that women can not be underestimated and much needed by many companies is because women workers was more careful than men. Besides, the women workers can also was believed.

Hallyu Korean Fever ξ\(´▽`)/ξ

Why The Korean Wave Can be a World Wide?

What is Korean Wave? What's the impact of Korean Wave to people in the World? Korean wave is a popularity of Korean culture that spread in Asia and the other parts of the world. Such as K-Drama (Korean Drama), K-Pop (Korean Pop), Korean language, and Cuisine. The impact of Korean wave are many people from the world idolize the artists from Korea and vying to meet directly with their idol. One of their way is came to the concert which is held by the management of the artist. Besides, they're motivated to learn about Korean language, the culture, fashion, and hunting the items that related to their idol.

Korean Wave was dominated by teenagers and those twenties. Sometime they're willing their spend time and wasting their money to buy many goodies, albums and go to concert their idol. They're often blurt that it doesn't matter as long as they can meet or even have items that are similar to their idol stuff.  But in the fact, it's requires huge funds and not affordable for teens.

“I loved the Girls Generation because their fashion really eye-catching and make me imagined they're like a barbie doll..  Haha" she said. "Sometimes my mom will be gave some money if i ask that i want to buy some goodies or albums of Girls Generation. She really understand what i want.."

I think it is a bad example. Due to solve this problem, the parents need to be smart to give sense to the child about the impact of the Korean Wave. Instead of given a lot of money. This will make the child a big headed. The parents can also make the Korean Wave as motivation for their children to study hard, for example the parents can make deal with their child, if the children want to come the concert they must get a good score.

One day, there was a daughter of a noble family in that region who would get married. And of course Umbut Muda was invited. For this, she dressed as if she was a princess. She wanted nobody to match her beauty. To fit out her dress she wore all of her jewelries.
After finishing make up by herself, Umbut Muda invited her mother to leave to the party. She walked in the front, while her mother walked behind her and held the umbrella for her.
One, they crossed on a bridge over Siak River. Right in the middle of the bridge, however, suddenly four bracelets in Umbut Muda’s wrist loose and fell into the river. Umbut Muda screamed and pushed her mother into the river to get her bracelets.
At that moment, there came a hurricane from behind. The hurricane came all a sudden and twisted over Umbut Muda.
“Help…! Help…! Mother help…!”
Umbut Muda was holding on the bridge rail. But it was too late. Very quickly, the hurricane flew her away. She was like to be dragged to the air before finally she was thrown the river.
Her mother could not do anything for her. She could only watch her beloved daughter rolled forward and backward by the hurricane. That mother could not stand to watch her daughter suffers. She covered her eyes  with hand, and when she opened her eyes again Umbut Muda had been dead. At that moment, tears rolled down her cheeks.
Since then, there often appear some kind of black root that was played by the stream of Siak River. People believed that it was formerly Umbut Muda’s hair. This was taken as a reminder for the people nearby to always respect their mother.
